Shipping
To provide the best possible service, we ship all orders by parcel post with a Track & Trace code via PostNL.
- Free shipping on orders of €24.95 and above
- Shipping costs €4.95 on orders below €24.95
All orders are shipped discreetly.
Delivery
Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 are delivered the next business day in most cases. For orders placed during the weekend, please allow 1–2 business days for delivery.
Returns
You can return a product within thirty days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. Please report your return within thirty days of receipt; once reported, you have fourteen days to send the package back.
To make the return process as smooth as possible, follow these steps:
- Report your return at support@isaymedical.com.
- You will receive return instructions by email.
- Drop off your package at a post office of your choice, or schedule a pick-up. Return costs are at your expense.
- We will refund the purchase price within ten business days after receiving your return.
